This policy explains what ElmJournalCo stores in your browser and how the contact form behaves. The site is a static editorial reference and does not operate user accounts.
When you first visit the home page, a notice asks whether to accept or reject a stored preference. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under a single key so the notice is not shown again. This value stays on your device and is not transmitted to any server.
The contact form runs entirely in your browser. When you submit it, the page simulates processing and shows a confirmation message. No name, email address, or phone number is sent to a server or stored by this site. If you email the editorial address directly, your message is handled by the relevant email provider.
Pages load a web font from Google Fonts and reference photographs hosted on Wikimedia Commons. Requests to those services are subject to their own privacy practices. ElmJournalCo does not place advertising or analytics trackers on its pages.
Articles may link to recognised conservation and horticultural organisations. ElmJournalCo is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.
